Brenlee Haven Apartments in Leadington, MO ~ Affordable 1 & 2 Bedrooms in a Quiet Neighborhood

I have been living at these apartments for close to 4 months and have enjoyed every moment. It’s a great unit to live in, lots of room, came with a washer and dryer, has great neighbors, neighborhood, a kind and an easy to woro with landlord, and other things.

Very nice and clean units !!! I sent a message about availability and viewing via facebook marketplace and had a response about the availability and unit within 3 hours ! I was able to schedule a viewing THE VERY NEXT DAY and had the lease signed and ready to move in within 24 hours !!! Paul is a very understanding and very easy going property manager!! Every question Ive had has been answered within a timely manner !!! I am absolutely excited to be living here ! ( being a pet friendly unit with a property manager who is also a dog lover is a 5/5 rating also !!)

I’m going on my second year at Arbor Ridge and I have to say it’s been a pleasant experience. The maintenance crew always gets to my issues right away. The grounds are always kept clean and the tenants are all respectful of the noise curfew. also have a special needs pet that the maintenance crew and property management team have worked wonderfully well with me anytime they need access to my apartment.

My wife and I have lived here more than 10 years! We have had very few issues. When the new company took over a couple of years ago, the property manager, Jesus, made sure to meet us and keep us updated of all the changes! The staff was always friendly and quick to address any issues we ever encountered! Thank you! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice apartment!

My son LOVED it here! Family friendly. Events to get to know your neighbors. Paul, the landlord was super friendly, accommodating, fast and always answered questions or concerns in a timely manner. All maintenance concerns were handled quickly and thoroughly. Great place to stay! Especially for a first time renter like my son! We felt safe with him staying there! Paul was AMAZING with him and us!!! ❤️. We have nothing but positive things to say.

Mr. Martin, the Manager, took me through the apartment to make sure things were clean and in order before I moved in. He is available for questions or concerns and will help you or guide you in the right direction. If any concerns come up he handles them promptly and professionally. I love my apartment I feel safe here. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I would recommend this apartment complex to family and friends with a five star rating.

I’ve never left a review for anywhere i’ve lived before but i felt this one deserved it. I’ve lived here for almost two years and i would stay longer if i didn’t need to move closer to work. The property manager is great, answers immediately when i have any questions or concerns. Any maintenance requests i had were met within a day or two. They are very up to date with spraying and taking care of the buildings. The apartment itself is also very spacious and the price is great. The area is right in the middle of everything, just a 5-15 minute drive for whatever you need. Living here has been VERY peaceful. It goes without saying that most of the time, apartments aren’t the best to live in but in two years, i’ve rarely heard my neighbors and most of the people living here are quiet and respectful. If i ever come back to live in this area, this would be my first choice.
